You might know that a summer garden gathering of wedding vendors in the Texas Hill Country would generate some "bigger than life" ideas and unique settings. It's always a unique experience when creative minds get together to "think outside the box."

Under the Spreading Oaks

Set under the spreading boughs of massive oaks, these round tables covered with green and white tropical-pattern linen offer a bit of respite from heat and sun. For more shade, guests can amble into the Texas-size tent to socialize or sit a spell.

An Explosion of Color

With an abundance of pattern and a vibrant show of color, floral centerpieces utilize a variety of containers and shapes to highlight colorful blooms and bring lighthearted spirit to each table.

Green and Pink

While all greens are compatible companions in a garden, this slightly-citrusy flavored linen relies not on tones of orange or lemon to complement its personality, but rather a vibrant coral pink! Pale pink and soft green are a classic combination, but there's nothing shy or retiring about this particular combination. These coral napkins hold their own in this jaunty display.

Rustic: Meet Elegant

Dare to follow your heart by stacking a wood-grained service plate atop a gold-rimmed china charger on top of a perfectly woven placemat. Top it all off with wood-handled flatware and a pineapple place card. Then add vintage clear and green glass footed goblets at each place. What a winning combination!

Ferns and Flamingos

Flamingos at a wedding? Why not! The pair of "lovebirds" atop the striking wedding cake is certainly unique! Bold pink combines with tropical ferns and reinforces the color theme of the event.

Pineapples and Woven Placemats

Touches of shiny brass and delicate fronds of grass enhance rather than compete with the unique linen and bold colors. The pineapple is a traditional symbol of hospitality and here it adds a note of traditional elegance while remaining true to the unusual theme. This is not the stuff of backyard barbecue tradition, but it is also far removed from stuffy formality!

White Adds Balance

Any ebullient celebration benefits from simple white accessories to temper the mood. Here, white chairs maintain the lighthearted ambience, but also accent the beautiful natural setting and allow the focus to remain where it belongs.
